Once upon a time…
When I was about 12, my parents gave me a Lego set designed (allegedly) by Steven Spielberg. It was a movie set - cameras, moveable set pieces, the whole nine yards. And a little stop motion camera and editing programme came with it. I was hooked. Eight years later, I graduated from film school with bright eyes.
I was lucky enough to work with some really incredible people. At Anonymous Content, I found a mentor in Steve Golin, and soaked up as much knowledge as I could. Not just about filmmaking, but about how to live life.
A few years back, I was honoured to be selected to write and direct a short film for the inaugural Loyola Marymount / Village Roadshow Alumni Incubator Lab. The result, a fun little romp called Man’s Best Friend, is below.
